Former Oxford Philosophy DPhil student wins Wolfgang Stegmüller Award of the Gesellschaft für Analytische Philosophie
Thomas Sattig’s book The Language and Reality of Time has won one of this year’s three Wolfgang Stegmüller Awards of the Gesellschaft für Analytische Philosophie. The book is based on his Oxford D.Phil. thesis, Predication, Ontology, and Time (awarded 2002). Thomas Sattig is currently an Assistant Professor in Philosophy at Washington University in St Louis. He will receive the award on 14 September 2009 during the GAP.7 conference in Bremen.
