Dan Zahavi receives 5-year Semper Ardens Grant

Dan Zahavi

Further to his recent European Research Council Advanced Grant, Dan Zahavi - Professor of Philosophy and Senior Research Fellow at St Hilda's - has now received a 5-year Semper Ardens Grant from the Danish Carlsberg Foundation.

The grant is for 14.575.000 DKK (approx. £ 1.7m), and will run in parallel with Zahavi’s recent ERC grant, focusing on the project 'Who are we? Self-identity, social cognition, and collective intentionality'. As a result of the additional grant, a number of social scientists will now be working on the project, enabling Zahavi to expand the scope of the investigation, adding a greater social science perspective.
