The Faculty was very saddened to learn of the death of our distinguished colleague Prof. Paul Snowdon on the morning of 12 August 2022. An undergraduate at University College, drawn there to work with Peter Strawson, Prof. Snowdon was a tutorial fellow for many years at Exeter College (1971-2001) before taking up the Grote Professorship at UCL.
