It is with great sadness that we report the death last week of Dr Robert (Bob) Frazier, until last year the Delmé-Radcliffe Lecturer in Philosophy at Christ Church. Bob held degrees from the Universities of Western Washington and Massachusetts at Amherst. He moved to the UK in the early 1990s, and taught at Christ Church for 28 years before retiring in 2022. Bob’s research was in the area of Ethics; he gave tutorials for Christ Church and other colleges in a wide range of subjects, and regularly assisted the Faculty with exam marking and lecturing. Bob was a much respected tutor who was always ready to offer steadfast support to students and colleagues alike. He will be much missed.
