The HAF is responsible for the effective day to day non-academic management and administration of the Faculty. Working in close partnership with the Faculty Board Chair and other senior academic and professional services staff, the HAF supports the development of the Faculty’s strategic and operational planning, designing and implementing Faculty policies and procedures, and ensuring that the Faculty meets Divisional and University processes and requirements. Duties are wide-ranging and include the personnel management of the professional services team, as well as oversight of HR, Finance, Facilities, H & S , Research Support and Academic Administration.
The HAF is secretary to Faculty Board and represents the Faculty in various Divisional meetings.
