Abstract: This public panel, convened by the Accelerator Fellowship Programme in collaboration with the Centre for Transnational Legal Studies, features Professor Yuval Shany and leading experts in law and technology. A key theme of the discussion will be evaluating the suitability of existing UN human rights accountability mechanisms in addressing AI-related human rights violations. The panel also explores the potential for AI to support and strengthen human rights monitoring and enforcement.
